Love&BLoved Podcast with Lena Cebula
Welcome to the Love&BLoved™ Podcast, a faith-centered podcast for Christian moms who want more peace in their lives, relationships, and homes.
I’m Lena Cebula—Certified Christian Leadership Coach, author, speaker, wife, and mother of three.
I help Christian moms manage stress and respond with grace so they can strengthen their faith and well-being, create a more peaceful home environment for their children, and leave a legacy of peace rooted in Christ.
Through honest conversations, practical teaching, and inspiring guest interviews, we explore faith, motherhood, stress, identity, resilience, and personal growth—with biblical truth and practical tools you can apply to everyday life.
My prayer is that every episode reminds you that your past does not have to define your future, change is possible, and there is hope in Christ.

New episode of Love&BLoved! Joining me is Natalie Boisvert.
She has been employed by the Christian non-profit anti human trafficking organization Fight 4 Freedom as a Survivor Care Advisor. One of her responsibilities has been to develop and facilitate a Peer Support Group for survivors and help encourage others along their journey.
On today's episode Natalie is going to share
her story and 3 lessons she learned:
1. Never underestimate the power of prayer.
2. Treat people kindly with compassion-it'll get you very far.
3. Never give up.
Romans 6:
7-For he who has died has been freed from sin.
8-Now if we died with Chris, we believe that we shall also live with Him
11- Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
14- For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.
18- And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness
Romans 8:
10- And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
13- For if you live according to the flesh you will die, but if by Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live
27- Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
28- And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
31- What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
38-39- For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
