Rick Buccheri II
Rick Buccheri is an organisational development practitioner specialising in conflict, collaboration and team effectiveness. With a background spanning consulting, programme leadership and facilitation, he has worked with organisations to navigate complex challenges and improve how people work together under pressure.
He has held roles including Senior Consultant at The Clearing and Director of Programs at ADR Vantage, where he focused on building capability in conflict resolution, dialogue and collaborative problem-solving.
Rick holds a BA in Community Studies and Civic Engagement from University of Baltimore and an MS in Organisation Development from American University.
