How to change my eating habits? The only way to change your eating habits is by retraining habits with small steps not big leaps.  In this LIVE stream podcast I explain why big, extreme changes don't work work.  And STAY TUNED UNTIL THE END when I give you 3 easy small wins to improve your eating.

In this podcast, I talk about how the sub-conscious needs to be retrained to understand what behaviour we want to change and why.  Because habits are learned steadily and over time we must employ small steps to change and not big leaps;  big leaps such as extreme diets or restriction don't work in the long run because they rely solely on willpower and don;t get the heart of the eating behaviour.  We need to be kinder to ourselves by taking it slowly, if you are looking for ways how to change your eating habits permanently. 

If you want to change eating habits you have to start slowly and with small steps.  We need to be kind to ourselves to change to healthy eating habits by retraining our sub-conscious to learn how to change eating behavior.  You can change eating habits to lose weight, improve nutrition and to change eating patterns but it must be done with small steps.  You can learn how to change your eating lifestyle through mindful eating and your can learn how to change bad eating habits through my online course.
