How should we think about exercise in relation to weight loss?  Exercising purely for this purpose can be counter-productive so in this podcast (a recording from a YouTube video), I talk about our attitude towards exercise in an overall health regime.    Exercise help you lose weight, within the right mindset.

A podcast with tips about reasons why regular exercise aids weight loss, helps you manage your new found weight and regulate your eating behaviour.  Exercise and weight loss should go hand in hand, as complimentary partners.  There a big role of exercise in weight loss.   Exercise for weight loss is important, but it must be for the right reasons - the exercise benefits of your weight loss journey. This podcast provides weight loss tips with exercise, psychology advice to treat exercise in the right way in relation to weight loss.  Exercise aids weight loss - no doubt, but it's not about burning calories.   Confidence building through exercise, improve mental health, learn to love you body and increase your self-care through regular movement.  This podcast is from my series of Mindful bites YouTube videos for mindful weight loss, how to lose weight naturally no diet;  learn how exercise helps weight loss, your relationship with food and your eating psychology.  Mindful and intuitive eating are proven ways to change how you eat and to have a healthy relationship with food.
