It's worth looking after yourself and maintaining your health at Christmas.  Eating more healthily at  Christmas will make sure you feel happier and more rested when the New Year comes.  Eating healthy at Christmas isn't difficult and will really pay off.  If you improve your healthy eating habits at Christmas, you will also help you manage your weight over the holiday period and won't need to diet in January!  If you eat healthy food at Christmas you will be investing in your health and will feel much more rested and energised for the New Year.
