Overeating is a difficult thing to live with for many people.  At best it's uncomfortable to overeat and at worst it's really upsetting and causes feelings of disappointment and disgust.  But it IS possible to stop overeating - you just need to follow the right steps, in the right order.  You can find a way to stop overeating at night and you can stop overeating when bored too!  If you have been trying to find ways to stop overeating, in this podcast, I go through the 5 step process I use with my clients to demonstrate the best ways to stop overeating. These five steps will give you stop overeating motivation for good.  The best way to stop overeating is to break it down into steps which follow the right process and tackle your issues in the right order.
