Sugar may be more prevalent in our lives at this time of year.  We are approaching Christmas with all its associated sugary treats, and winter is snapping at our heels when sweet foods can often be used to comfort.

However, to have optimum health and manage our weight we need to understand what sugar does in our bodies and how it can disrupt our thinking, our emotions and our eating patterns.

In this Mindful Moment, I chat to you about why you don't need sugar, how you can reduce your intake and the benefits you will get from stabilising your blood sugar levels.
