Mindful eating begins with mindfulness. The ability to slow down and connect with what we are eating is essential to manage how much we eat. It's also vital to create an awareness of the choices we are making towards improving the quality of the food we are eating. This podcast is a guided mindfulness exercise. It talks about being outside but if it's cold, you can do it anywhere. If you can, take your shoes and socks off!
