I'm joined by Neill Friedman BSc, who's BSc is in Sport and Exercise Science. Neill is currently in his 1st year of reading for a PhD in Health & Biological Sciences where he is looking to expand upon his work in understanding the relationship between diet and lifestyle and chronic disease and healthspan.
Neill is also the co-founder of the BERG F a not-for-profit social enterprise looking to channel social impact funding into research projects that look to tackle the root causes of disease rather than into finding drugs for the treatment of symptoms.
In this episode, we're discussing the new 'skinny jab', whether its a good idea, and what we can do to get the population out of the current obesity crisis. Neill shares some great insights and ideas to make practical changes
