Episode 171: Why People Don’t Heal and How They Can (Part One)
This is an episode that tops my list for all-time favorites! Why? The book I review! I loved it so much and it applies so well to the process of healing from the disease of obesity. The book is called Why People Don’t Heal and How They Can. It is written by Caroline Myss, who is an incredibly intuitive human whose life work is dedicated to helping people understand that they have a great deal of power in terms of healing their own physical illnesses. I think you’ll get a lot from this episode… in fact, this episode and the next as this is a two-part series! So let’s get started!
