May is National Mental Health Month.
Mental Health Month raises awareness of trauma and the impact it can have on the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of children, families, and communities.
In honor of National Mental Health Month, Sharp Best Health teams sits down to talk about hidden signs of depression, a common mental health disorder that can affect how you feel, think, and handle daily activities such as sleeping, eating, or working. Approximately 10% of the U. S. population suffers from some form of depression. But thankfully, it’s one of the most treatable mental health conditions, usually managed with counseling or psychotherapy.
