A few years ago the fog started to lift and I realized I wasn't living my best life. I wasn't taking care of myself and I definitely wasn't fulfilling my potential. Everyone saw the potential but me. Slowly but surely, I started the hard work of finding myself and diving in to personal growth.Everyday I meet people who still don't "know what they want to be when they grow up" or feel lost and unfulfilled. I feel a personal responsibility to share what changed my life so that you can use these same tools to change yours!

Man, have I allowed insecurity to rule my life. When I told my therapist a few years ago about going to the school counselor in elementary school for "self esteem" she said, "Wow. You've been searching a long time." I don't know that there's a human on this planet that hasn't struggled with insecurity but I've come to believe that my insecurity isn't serving anyone and it's just downright selfish sometimes. Today's episode will hopefully convince you of the same thing & encourage you to kick insecurity to the curb!
