Before entering the world of medicine, Dr. Sherwood spent years in law enforcement as a police officer and SWAT team member. Witnessing people lose their lives - or their health - far earlier than they should left a lasting impact. That experience ultimately inspired a career shift toward naturopathic and functional medicine with one clear mission: not just helping people live longer, but helping them live better.
