Another favorite topic (okay, perhaps every mental health related topic is "a fav"...) I feel like depression is a great follow up topic after last weeks episode about anxiety.  Low mood is something every human will experience and because it is not a super socially acceptable feeling, we have gathered quite a bit of misinformation about how to relate to the darker side of our emotional experience.  Sadness is not only healthy but it's actually helpful and productive when we can accept the experience and learn from it.
