Human sexual behavior is a required area of study for therapists, for good reason... understanding who you are as a sexual being is an important part of psychological wellbeing.
I share what I've learned to be helpful about the practice of sensate focus, this episode provides an overview of the practice and some of it's applications but it may inspire listeners to read more about the practice (lots of useful articles on the google!)
I share about healthy ways to relate to understanding yourself as a sexual being (as you evolve over a lifetime) and how to practice quality communication (in relating/talking to yourself and sharing with others/partners)
This is an area of exploration that I love, because there are SO MANY B.S. limiting and unhealthy beliefs to unpack!
I also love the subject of Sex because it's a great space to explore the mysterious, intimate and often misunderstood parts of our human experience - and it's like the express route to vulnerability city (a great destination if you want to GROW)
