Show Notes

Join Kristie Howlett, MS, CNS, NP-C, AOCNP, and Development Director, Elizabeth Klein, in part 2 of their survivorship conversation. In their first podcast episode in November 2020, they discussed what it means to transition to survivorship, how to develop a survivorship care plan and how to thrive as a survivor. In this episode, they continue their conversation to discuss fear of recurrence and how different dynamics will impact how individuals cope. Kristie also offers techniques for decreasing stress and therefore decreasing chances of recurrence.
