Ep. 22 The Anatomy of a Feedback Loop

In this episode we're diving into four phases of a feedback loop:

1) Operating from shadow
2) Not experiencing/receiving our desired reaction/experience
3) Wound is activated
4) Subconsciously re-attributing the reason for undesired experience to preexisting shadow/wound

as well as how to create healing and integration from feedback loops by:

  • recognizing when you're having an "I've been here before" moment
  • recognizing what fragmentation looks and feels like
  • recognizing wounding via what your experience is revealing to you
  • digging deep to find the truth (shadow) within yourself

I also walk through two different examples of feedback loops I noticed I was in recently, one in my relationship and the other with social media.
