In this episode I talk about the experience of feeling stuck in a cyclical pattern, way of being, and recurring emotional triggers or situations. I share a few perspective shifts for re-orienting to our patterns in a way that actually fosters transformation! We talk about:

• Understanding the context around where our patterns come from
• Releasing the shame around the patterns we "keep repeating"
• The importance of having relationships with people who are emotionally safe, attuned, and who can help us contain our shame-y patterns without judgment
• Re-orienting to a more realistic timeline surrounding how long it can take to shift a pattern
• Dissolution and alchemical transformation of patterns and perceptual shifts
• When we outgrow patterns and patterns as initiation
