DR. CHRISTOPHER SWART is my guest on this episode. He is an exercise science professor and has a PhD in exercise physiology. We discuss everything from exercise to nutrition to metabolism. We dive into IF (Intermittent Fasting) as well as the toxic information that is out there when it comes to nutrition and getting into this whole "diet culture". At the same time there are "trainers" out there who are spreading this misinformation. Fitness is simple but not easy. It takes work but there are ways for people to sustain a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing your sanity.
