Sedentary people: 0.8-1g/kg/bw/d (per kg of bodyweight per day)
Recreational runners: 0.8-1g/kg/bw/d
Sports: 1.4-1.7g/kg/bw/d
Weight training: 2-3g/kg/bw/d
