Welcome back everyone and thank you for tuning into another episode! Today I talk about having anxiety and making plans, which many of you know can be really hard when it should be fun and easy. After I got attacked, I never wanted to leave my house or hangout with people and when I did make plans, I usually ended up cancelling. In this episode, we are going to discuss making plans that are aligned with our mindset and sticking to them so we aren't isolating ourselves! (obviously with the epidemic and safety still in mind!)
