Distinguishing Intuition vs Anxiety: Embodied Trauma Integration Practices
Christel Arcucci welcomes listeners to the Mystic Body Show and explains an embodied soul purpose practice: learning to distinguish intuitive body wisdom from anxiety, the pain body, and trauma-based survival strategies.
