No matter if you are 18, 28, 48, or 78, growing older at any stage of life can be difficult and have its own set of obstacles. At 31, I have been feeling lost and frustrated with my life path lately and finding it difficult to navigate my early 30's sometimes. This episode is filled with raw emotions and insights into my current feelings, but I hope that you can relate to my thoughts in one way or another.
