Seth has been involved in leadership development for over 35 years through Palmetto Boys State, Ministry organizations, churches, and schools. He is also a certified Coach, Mentor, and Facilitator with the John Maxwell Team. His life experiences coupled with his training and growing family of children and grandchildren allow these podcasts to be a fresh approach in leadership development.
