Let it take you completely. Now stay here in this softness. If you didn't finish, that's okay. Just hover in this delicious middle space. If you did, feel the warmth spreading through you. The way your muscles melt when the pressure is gone. Either way, you did it. You stayed with your body. Place your hand on your chest again. Take a deep breath in, and out.
