Mind Kind
Mind Kind is a podcast to support resilience and motivation in self care and mental health through education, discussion and reflection. We will always aim to give you actions you can consider for your own wellbeing. In the first series Dr. North answered questions sent in by parents based on the book Mind Kind – Your Child’s Mental Health. In the second series she discussed the impact of adoption and addressed some of the challenges faced by both adopted adults and relatives affected by adoption. In the third series we turn our attention to mental health and wellbeing for both children, families and adults. Jo brings in experts from various fields to help us live our best lives. In Season 4 Jo has turned her attention to Foodsane (www.foodsane.co.uk) in which she explores the impact of nutrition on the mind and wellbeing as well as finding optimum strategies to help with metabolic disorder and weight gain problems. The season is based around her book Foodsane which is available on Amazon in which she draws on science and personal experience to outline a way forward. Do join us on the Foodsane community and experience Jo’s leadership in helping clients to move from Foodpain to Foodsane.
