Lately I've been realizing people are straying away from fruit because it has "too much sugar"

What??????

Unless this was medically prescribed for a serious health condition, this is based off of faulty reasoning and very questionable study.

No. Don't binge on sugar, like everything else eat it in moderation, but by all means don't avoid it completely!
