Show Notes Transcript

Fam.. we've been working on something really special and finally the time is just right to share it with you! In this very special episode of Clarity Cafe we are dropping our very own Limitless Healing App! We poured our heart and soul into creating something that will help us all heal on a deeper level by providing a safe place for people to develop their own internal navigation and loving inner voice.

Teaching people how to heal themselves has become our life's mission. Turning people's perception from feeling like they are never enough to always enough, from being fearful to feeling safe and from pain and suffering to finally feeling well and wonderful.

You see, helping people is just what we do and we really hope you love this little gift from us to you. Hang in, because we’ll go into wayyyyy more detail in the episode and take the time to explain; how it all works, what to expect and how to get the most out of the app. So dive right in and ride the waves with us and repeat out loud “I am safe”, “I am well” and “I am enough.” Remember...YOUR HEALING IS LIMITLESS.

We've got three journeys. I am well, I am safe, and I am enough. Like we said, it's a beta app. And we're inviting you to come be a part of the journey. Give us feedback, tell us the types of journeys or the things that you found yourself repeatedly struggling in life. And we're gonna create more journeys. So we're going to co create this clarity fam as a community.

Hi, welcome to clarity Cafe are a safe space to get a little perspective and clarity on life. I'm Callie and I'm here with my clarity sister Barb. Today we're going to talk to you about limitless healing.

What it is why we developed it, and all the deets, before we dive in. Just check out our last episode, if you haven't, that learning and loving mindset. It's about developing an inner voice that can navigate us through different types of experiences in life, and that the inner voice can change. Sometimes we're talking to our five year old, we need that inner parent, that loving, supportive parent, sometimes we need a coach voice, sometimes we need a little buddy voice. So check that out. Because as we dive into limitless healing, we take the inner voice to a whole nother level. So let's go. What is this limitless healing? Well, it's an app that's been designed to that we've designed

to create an experience for deep, emotional, and just overall well being and healing. And we developed it to help people heal deep emotional beliefs that are holding us back. You know those things in life were in relationships, we keep finding ourselves in the same kind of story, even though the people are different over and over again. Or maybe at work, you find yourself overcompensating and always feeling like maybe you've got a little imposter syndrome. Or maybe you just kind of running around in life always triggered, feeling a little bit like nothing's ever safe. Well, these are the types of journeys and the types of deep healing meditations that we have developed in our beta app of limitless healing. Yes, the beta app is great, because it gives us permission by having this, you know, in the software development world, we say it's beta, it's new, and we're looking for feedback so we can improve it. And it is actually a great example of have a positive mindset. And that we know that there's some really good information here, and good healing that can be done. And that based on the feedback that we get, it will be even better and more useful as we develop more of the meditations. And as we refine the meditations and the overall experience of the app. So we would love to have, you start to download it and listen to it. And we've tested it on lots of people. And one of the interesting things about this app that I find is that everyone that I know that I've shared with has reported back feelings of well being and, and also extreme relaxation. And it starts to really help me remind myself of how powerful our breath and our mindset and taking the time to use these kinds of tools can change our physiology, for me is even that I can see it on my on my aura ring, which monitors my heart rate and tells me if my heart rates high, maybe I'm a little more stressed versus if my heart rates lower, I'm more in rest and relax. When I've listened to these apps, my aura ring actually thinks even though I'm aware and awake, that I'm taking a nap, that's how it affects my physiology. And I know other people have had that experience. So I would encourage you to download it after you listen to this podcast and see what your experiences and let us know how that is for you. Because we're constantly looking for ways to improve it. And also just delighted with the variety of experiences that people have. When we start working on those subconscious levels. We do so much work on ourselves on the conscious level. We make to do lists, we have our new year's resolutions, all those kinds of things. But when we're doing those, we're not working also on the deep brain and that early conditioning, and what this app is designed to do to us to help us in a very gentle, loving way get in touch with those things that are a little deeper. And he started to heal those. And one of the things about the app that I also encourage you to do is listen to them multiple times because you start to reprogram them

Barb  5:00
Some of the potentially shame based or more negative thought forms that come from, you know, your deep early childhood experiences into ones that are more gentle and loving and can serve you better in this current time. So, in short, we're inviting you to be a part of this process, we've got three journeys, I am well, I am safe, and I am enough. Like we said, it's a beta app. And we're inviting you to come be a part of the journey. Give us feedback, tell us the types of journeys or the things that you found yourself repeatedly struggling in life. And we're gonna create more journeys. So we're going to co create this clarity fam, as a community, I'm really looking forward to going on this journey with you. So we want to talk a little bit about

Cali  5:54
who can use this. So anyone can use the app, it's three visualizations, you can also find the chill mindset tools in there, which are six little beginning tools for just meditation in general. But the journeys are specifically for going in yet, get yourself comfy.

You know, make sure you're like warm and maybe sitting in a chair laying in bed, gotta get a nice headset on, you want to set the scene, maybe some low lighting, or an eye pillows, fantastic. If you got a good set of headphones, put those on. And imagine that you're going to probably be hanging in there for about 45 minutes, 30 to 45 minutes, and you'll hear my voice walking you through. For example, in the I am enough walking through visualizing, letting go of fear and anxiety and imposter syndrome and kind of just letting yourself move into deep messaging and sense of feeling like we are enough, every thing that you've done in your life to bring you to this moment is enough. And of course, we can always do more. But you are enough right here right now. And from that place is where we get to create the more rather than from a place of feeling inadequate. So though these are big topics, though, this sounds like a really difficult thing, you know, or a complicated thing. Actually, the meditations or the visualizations are super simple and light hearted, I definitely do some giggles in there.

Barb  7:34
And so just know that if you're gonna take some time to do some healing, that you don't necessarily have to get yourself worked up to do it. In fact, get yourself work down to do it. Get yourself comfy, get a warm blanket, get your favorite comfy stuff and lay down, relax and enjoy the ride. 100% Another great suggestion I think for that is I've had several people tell me that they like to listen to one of them before right before they go to sleep, because they've already done all their rituals to relax. And they're, you know, they might have their eye pillow and they felt the lighting turned down. And they've already sort of prepared their brain for that. And then they enter into the phase between being awake and being asleep is one of our most neuroplastic times when a lot of the change that can happen in our brain starts to happen during those times because we're a little bit out of that frontal brain dominance of critical logical thinking. And so listening to them, you know, right before bed, or even when you first wake up in the morning can be a great way to set yourself up for having a great day. So finding those times in your day is also white, great way of honoring yourself and, and doing something great for your mindset, and changing those voices, etc, that we've talked about in some of our previous podcasts. And the app is just a wonderful way to do that. And, you know, Barbie talked about listening over and over again. And there's a reason some of those deeper feelings that we had about you know, feeling safe or enough or wellness. They didn't happen overnight. You know, it takes time. Multiple cuts, if you will, that sometimes for us to feel like we're not enough or we're not safe or you know, whatever those things are, you know that that developed over time. So listening repeatedly can help us navigate those spaces, get into those deeper feelings and I'm really loving, soothing way that you just feel fully supported and safe to go in and heal the stuff so that you don't have to walk around. Like for those of us who feel maybe feel like we're not safe. We can look at our lives and maybe see where often we feel triggered and we might be throwing darts at people to try to set up boundaries or to feel safe or snap back or

Cali  10:00
Make sure that we're, you know, standing our boundaries or protecting ourselves when the truth is, maybe it's not as hostile around us as we are feeling. So the gift of doing the I am safe meditation is that we may begin to see that there are a lot of really awesome people in the world and start to attract more awesome people, or to appreciate the awesome people we have around us currently, wherever you're at on that spectrum. It has profound life changing events that I've seen happen both personally and of the people that are reporting back from using the app. The other one in I am enough, an example of what that can impact is if we're walking around overcompensating,

as some of us like to say, if we're walking around like thirsty. Well, what this does is it allows us to go in and deeply clear out where we feel like we're vacuous or not enough, or whatever those messages are, they're all different for each of us. But there are some similar, like commonalities between most of us go in and heal that. And then we begin to approach work our career as a whole relationships, the things that were manifesting and creating from a place of being secure and solid. So if you have I am safe, where I feel safe, I'm no longer lashing out. And I am enough, where I'm no longer trying to prove myself to everyone, then you can imagine how people perceive us. Because think about the last thirsty person you came across, and how you responded to them. Maybe you were loving and kind and like, tried to help them with that big hole that they were trying to fill. But the truth is, nobody can fill someone else's hole, we have to fill our own. That's all that's all we get to solve our own problems.

So you can imagine then how if we're walking around kind of thirsty, how people are responding to us. So imagine how opportunities and things would begin to shift if we walk around, feeling safe, feeling like we're enough, and that we're in this together on this planet? And that we're able to help support each other to manifest the things that we want and have the types of relationships that we want. Barb, you want to talk about the I am well meditation and kinda What would someone who's not feeling well experience and what might they get to experience after doing that for a while, the iron well meditation, the first thing I'll share about that is that as someone who's had

Barb  12:47
health challenges, health differences, for pretty much my whole life,

I remember at one point thinking, I am going to practice chronic wellness instead of chronic illness. And that just came to me over a period of time of sort of self cultivation. And I found that when I share that with people, that just kind of seems to snap them into a view of perceiving me differently, and maybe perceiving themselves differently, like, oh, you can actually cultivate your own wellness. But it's not so easy to do when you're necessarily, you know, waking up feeling like you've got pain or fatigue, or whatever is going on, whether it's emotional, physical, mental, all of the challenges that that we, you know, can face then this wonderful experience of being in a body. And the I am well meditation is going in and working on all those subconscious places where we might be sabotaging our own wellness, not because we're bad, but because we've had things happen to us in our life. And so the I Am, well meditation can start to change those neural pathways and those conversations, so that it becomes a more effortless mindset to be unwell. And I'm dealing with XY and Z and I'm taking care of myself. So all the self care, that helps us to be more well becomes a lot less effort when we're coming from that mindset of I'm actually well, I just am tweaking this, and I'm on this road to wellness, so, and the change in those in those thought patterns in that mindset comes over time, as you mentioned, it takes time for us to have cultivated unconsciously a mindset of not being well so as we listen to this repeatedly, and see how differently we feel as we walk out into the world, and how differently the world perceives us that one of the things that I found is that the better you feel about your own wellness, the better other people feel around you and then you get into that

righteous feedback loop that you were discussing, of how you manifest into the world. So the I'm well meditation helps us really to clear out some of that old baggage of not wellness, and start to cultivate that from that clean field, that wellness that we can keep building on so that it becomes effortless for us to move through the world with that feeling that we're healing, and we're on that path to

Cali  15:27
wellness and healing. And we can share that with other people. So some of you may still be like, Hey, I kind of still not envisioning all of this. And so here's a simple analogy that might help.

If we've had things that have triggered us in the past that make us feel unsafe. Or to Barb's point unwell,

or not enough,

then imagine that being like a radio station?

And are subconsciously we can start tuning into if I'm not safe. Is this a threatening situation? Is this a threatening situation, and depending on maybe someone took advantage of us, all the way to deep, you know, hardcore violence and trauma, wherever we are on the spectrum, we can find ourselves being hyper vigilant to whether or not we're safe. And then the mind is an amazing thing, that we're all still figuring out more and more every day about how this beautiful thing works. But what happens is, it creates a loop, and then it has to support that loop. So if I'm not safe, and that's one of my deep internal subconscious tracks, is is this person threatening me is this person going to take advantage of me is this person gonna, you know, bla bla, bla, bla, bla, what, whatever level it is, we may not even be conscious to it, but it's creating situations in our lives to continue to be validated. So we have to create unsafe situations so that we can perpetuate the drama of being unsafe. So that that loop, and all the chemistry in our body with our adrenals, etc, etc, our amygdala, that's a whole nother podcast, how we can support that loop. So if you build it in the brain, the brain will support it. So imagine that radio station then, rather than being one channel, all of a sudden, every channel, every interaction, or a significant portion of them are dedicated towards figuring out if we're safe in that moment. So by going in and reprogramming that deep stuff, we have an opportunity to then go, oh, actually, I am safe. And I don't need to spend the rest of my life creating situations trying to decide or navigate being safe or not, I can actually move on to a new conversation, like,

how can I get the most fun out of life? How can I have the most healthy relationships? How can I be kind and giving? How can I contribute to this world? How can I pick up my responsibilities in this world in a way that is not a burden? These are some of the conversations that we get to change to that makes it a lot more fun to have more ease and more enjoyment, and fulfillment in life. Same thing can be applied for food don't feel like we're enough. And we're constantly having to prove ourselves in every situation, from the PTA, to the meeting at work to the friendship group, where we're just, you know, comparing and despairing, comparing our lives to them all the time, and despairing because we're not meeting some arbitrary mark. So that would be the radio station you're playing. Some of us could play in all three radio stations. So it's, you know, no judgement here. It's more just like, Oh, hey, if we want to have different results, we've got to change the equation. And the equation is input output, right? So we want to have good vibes in good vibes out. And so that's what limitless healing is all about. Join us on the journey. Yeah, let's turn our frequencies to limitless healing of being safe. And well, and enough.

Barb  19:09
And in our next podcast, we're going to talk about self care, speaking of being safe and well and enough, and how to put that first and maybe some tips and tricks on dealing with all those feelings of obligations around holidays or things that are happening in our life, so that we be sure even though we're taking care of lots of other things in the world and other people that we're putting ourselves first and taking care of ourselves.

So please keep all the comments and shares and reviews and DMS and interactions with us on social coming. We'd love it. If you download the app, give us some feedback, limitless healing on the App Store. And as always, take what works for you. Leave the rest, a beautiful day and be well
