We’ll explore the difference between goals vs. intentions, how to honour both, why drastic changes often backfire thanks to your nervous system, and how to set aligned goals that honour your body’s natural rhythms.
I’ll also explain some nervous system-friendly practices to help you build a feeling of safety, support, and deep connected to yourself.
