This is episode 7 in our 8 Limbs of Yoga journey. In this episode, we are going deep into Niyama (personal practice) 2 - 'Santosha' or 'contentment'.

Yoga has taught me so much about how to live a peaceful, intentional and conscious life full of love and growth and I am truly grateful because it has changed my entire existence. I hope you can receive this guidance and love from Yoga as well.
