Once you have gotten ready for bed, everything is sorted, you're ready and you're about to jump in bed. This is your opportunity to press play on this episode, maybe to sit in meditation and repeat the affirmations, or to simply allow the affirmations to be around while you're falling asleep Whatever works best for you, but try and use them intentionally in meditation or as you're opening the covers to get into bed. I am grateful for today. I am grateful for this opportunity to rest. I am ready for a deep, nourishing sleep. I release anything that is no longer serving me. I am safe to let go of my day. With each breath, I soften and I have done enough. I am enough. Life is enough. Sleep welcomes me into peace. I trust the rhythm of life. I allow myself to rest deeply. My body heals as I sleep. Everything is happening exactly as it needs to. Tonight I choose to let go and rest. My body is relaxed, my mind is calm and quiet. With each exhale, I release tension. With each inhale, I invite serenity. I am supported by all of life. I am aligned with the natural rhythm of rest, as, as I sleep, my body heals. As I sleep, my mind clears. As I sleep, my soul recharges. I fall into deep, effortless rest. I am thankful for this.

I rest with a heart full of gratitude for all of life. Every moment is a blessing. I give thanks for the miracle of being alive, of being alive. I find joy in all moments of life. As I sleep, my mind clears. As I sleep, my soul recharges. I fall into deep, effortless rest. I am surrounded by peace, my nervous system is calm, my energy is balanced. I release any desire to control.
