Hello Magical Human and welcome back to Madison Mindset the podcast. In this episode, we're gonna be going through affirmations to begin your day. These beautiful morning affirmations are channel to allow you to step into a frequency of peace, presence, and ease. Peace will set you up for a beautiful day. Listen to them once or twice, or maybe a few times. And repeat them either out loud or in your mind. After me. To accompany these affirmations, enjoy beautiful forest sounds and birds, which is incredibly good for our nervous system. I used to put music over these affirmations, which I would still love to do.
