I am so excited to finally have my friend Taris Harlow on to talk about her experience with her childhood trauma and how it is connected to meeting her star family as such a young age.
From the ages of 2 to 19 , Taris was the victim of incest and sexual abuse by the hands of many people who were close to her. She grew up in a family steeped in generational sexual abuse, addiction, alcoholism and mental illness and this amazing and beautiful warrior goddess bravely shares how her trauma shaped how she saw herself and the world and how she is working hard to rewrite her narrative. She met the aliens when she was very young and they helped her to navigate life and taught her how to astral project and leave her body while she was being abused.
Taris is a massage therapist, energy worker and general badass and she uses her horrific experiences to connect with others to provide compassion, support and healing. She is an advocate for women and for those who don't have a voice and she is using hers now as she sits in her vulnerability to share for the first time publicly the story of how her trauma has become her superpower.
