Sanditon is the last novel Jane Austen began before she died. Sadly, she was never able to finish it. Lucky for us, beloved Jane Austen friend/aficionado and friend to all those with a regency soft spot, Andrew Davies picked up the project and created an eight episode run for Sanditon. It was originally aired on ITV in Britain, and moved to the US on PBS Masterpiece. 8 episodes was not enough and now we wait, beg and pray for more.
