Today I’m talking to Julie Todd, a qualified INWA Nordic Walking Instructor and a Complementary Therapist from Notts Nordic Walking. Julie discovered Nordic Walking in 2007 and with a keen interest in posture and back health, she immediately found Nordic Walking to be an excellent activity that complements her work. As a Therapist. Nordic Walking really helped Julie during her 2 pregnancies, which is the focus of today’s discussion.
Apologies to keen eyed Nordic Walkers, who will have spotted that the photo features a pair of trekking poles; I'm afraid I couldn't find an image of a pregnant person with NW poles!

If you have enjoyed this podcast, I would be very grateful if you could show your support by buying me a coffee! This enables me to continue producing these podcasts, as it will go towards covering the server and podcast platform licenses. Not only is Nordic Walking a whole body workout, but it is also one of the safest and most sociable way to exercise. Classes always finish up in a cafe enjoying a coffee together. Many thanks, Mary x
