In this episode, I speak to Heidi Leaney who has been a regular walker with Nordic Walking Watford under the expert tuition of Tracy Reeve, who I interviewed in episode 10. Heidi first tried Nordic walking in 2019, to help with a weight loss challenge and has achieved truly remarkable results.   Heidi is a civil servant and lawyer and joins me today, to share her own experience of how Nordic Walking helped her to lose weight and improve her fitness.
