How to Breathe Properly While Working Out
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
High-intensity interval training can leave you breathless and quickly. Let's say you're doing 30 seconds of jumping jacks during a routine. You're probably taking big breaths in through your mouth to get more oxygen fast.
