To do that - to be an abundant parent - you need to take care of yourself. That may seem counter-intuitive, but Leah also talks about how our energy radiates outwards and affects everything and everyone - including our children. It's actually in your kids' best interests if you're able to balance your Masculine and Feminine energies (what has been referred to as the Yin and Yang in eastern cultures) so they can learn how do that for themselves - and that they deserve to do it too!
