A Brand New You discusses how to face and address barriers in our lives and the lives of our loved ones -- and how to overcome them. The program features candid discussions about the African American community and how adversity will occur in our lives! Some turmoil may be self-inflicted, other is uncontrollable, unexplained and unexpected. Experts talk about how worry and complaining negatively impacts our health, while positive thinking, efficacy, empowerment, prayer and proactive actions positively impact our health.
