For some therapists or behavioral health professionals, it may be difficult to seek therapy themselves when they need it because of the idea that they "should know what to do" when life gets tough. Julie Hale is a Senior Program Manager of the 24-Hour and Emergency Services Division for the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who shares her resilient story story in hopes of destigmatizing mental illness in the field of behavioral health.
