Anita Belaunde is the face behind this restaurant concept. She has a great love for animals, our health and our planet. Her restaurant rests on 3 basic principles:
Back to nature : the food is real food, made with natural ingredients, without chemicals or pesticides.
Quality before quantity : working with organic products purchased directly from responsible farmers, traders and fishermen.
Less animal protein : the dishes contain the wide variety of Superfoods produced in Peru.

Terug naar de natuur : het voedsel dat wij u aanbieden is echt voedsel, gemaakt met natuurlijke ingrediënten, zonder chemicaliën of pesticiden.
Kwaliteit gaat vóór kwantiteit : we werken met biologische producten die rechtstreeks zijn aangekocht bij verantwoordelijke boeren, handelaars en vissers.
Minder dierlijke eiwitten : onze gerechten bevatten de grote verscheidenheid aan Superfoods die in Peru worden geproduceerd.
