Chefs, sommeliers, voedingsproducenten, foodleveranciers, etc., die hun horecaverhaal delen met mij en iedereen, studerend in horecaopleidingen, die werkzaam is in de horeca of wie interesse heeft in deze mooie sector. Altijd informerend en inspirerend!
