Chefs, sommeliers, voedingsproducenten, foodleveranciers, etc., die hun horecaverhaal delen met mij en iedereen, studerend in horecaopleidingen, die werkzaam is in de horeca of wie interesse heeft in deze mooie sector. Altijd informerend en inspirerend!
Satellite Gourmet est votre source d'information et d'inspiration sur la gastronomie au sens le plus large du terme : sur la nourriture, sur les boissons, sur la restauration, sur les tendances, styles et techniques culinaires, sur la cuisine exotique d'ici et d'ailleurs, sur l'hospitalité.
Mes invités ? Toutes sortes de gastronomes, de renom et de renommée, mais aussi ceux qui débutent. Des chefs, sommeliers, producteurs alimentaires, fournisseurs de produits alimentaires, etc., qui partagent leur histoire de restauration avec moi et tous ceux qui suivent des cours de restauration, qui travaillent dans le secteur de la restauration ou qui s'intéressent à ce beau secteur. 🔶William Wouters is een Belgische sommelier, restaurateur en wijnmaker, bekend in België én in de internationale wijngaard- en restaurantwereld, werd in 1991 verkozen tot Beste Sommelier van België en was jarenlang eigenaar van het wijnrestaurant Pazzo in Antwerpen. William woont, leeft en werkt in Portugal en is gehuwd met de Portugese wijnmaakster Filipa Pato, dochter van levende legende Luis Pato en sinds een aantal jaren maken ze samen wijnen in de regio Bairrada (Portugal). Ondertussen hebben ze twee zonen en wonen ze in een klein dorp waar iedereen, iedereen kent!
William en Filipa halen regelmatig hoge scores voor hun wijnen en de “Nossa” krijgt internationale erkenning. Beiden zijn ze BAGA TERROIRISTAS!🔶
