Chefs, sommeliers, voedingsproducenten, foodleveranciers, etc., die hun horecaverhaal delen met mij en iedereen, studerend in horecaopleidingen, die werkzaam is in de horeca of wie interesse heeft in deze mooie sector. Altijd informerend en inspirerend!

🔶 Tom Degroote is een Belgische vlees- en food-expert actief in gastronomie en media. Tot januari 2026 werkte hij als sales ambassador bij top‑slager Hendrik Dierendonck, waar hij zijn kennis van vleeskwaliteit en bereiding verdiepte en chefs adviseerde bij hun keuzes.
Tom geeft workshops BBQ en vleesbereidingen (Ofyr – The Bastard) en is samen met Dominique Persoone het tv-gezicht van Open Vuur en Indian Summer op Njam.tv.
Daarnaast ontwikkelde hij met een jeugdvriend het smashburgerconcept MOSH! (Brugge & Kortrijk).
