The Women's Health, Wisdom, and... WINE! podcast is a weekly conversation with practitioners, providers, patients & healers about complex reproductive medicine & women's health challenges, the value of an integrative approach to these challenges, many of the women's health topics you're already thinking about & uncomfortable talking about & my personal favorite... WINE!

The words ‘decluttering’ and ‘organizing’ are sometimes used interchangeably. However, they are two very different processes. When you have a goal of creating an organized space, it can be very tempting to drive straight to your closest Container Store. However, please refrain and start with decluttering. Decluttering means getting rid of unnecessary, unused, and unloved items. Decluttering involves paring down your items by eliminating the excess. After decluttering, everything remaining should be items you use and love. Still overwhelmed by what remains?  Go through and do another round of decluttering before moving on to organizing, then call SoleOrganizer so you can achieve your goals and vision for your space. An organized space is a healthy space... one that renews your mind, your body, and your spirit.

In 2015, Jakia created SoleOrganizer, LLC. SoleOrganizer is an organizing consultant company which focuses on restoring the order, simplicity, and function within one’s space. The mission of SoleOrganizer is to educate and empower those to believe that becoming organized is a lifestyle that's possible to achieve. Her philosophy and organizing tips have been featured in Real Simple magazine, The New York Time Travel section, Teenvogue.com, and on Good Morning Washington on ABC7.
