The Women's Health, Wisdom, and... WINE! podcast is a weekly conversation with practitioners, providers, patients & healers about complex reproductive medicine & women's health challenges, the value of an integrative approach to these challenges, many of the women's health topics you're already thinking about & uncomfortable talking about & my personal favorite... WINE!
Are you waiting to live your life until you lose the weight? If you’re holding yourself back from truly living your life until you lose weight — skipping the reunion, postponing the vacation, staying out of the family photo — you’ve already lost the battle and you STILL haven't lost the weight. However, if you reverse the equation and get busy TRULY living, setting and achieving your long-forgotten goals and rebuilding your confidence in the process, the weight will lose itself.
For real???? Yes, for real.
About our guest:
Camille is a registered dietitian, public health writer, and former chronic dieter dedicated to helping women stop dieting, set bigger and better goals, and reclaim their excitement for life while losing weight in the process. She spent nearly 25 years of her life on a diet and is passionate about showing women how to break free from the downward dieting spiral of failure and the shame it brings. She learned through a long (and sometimes painful) process how to improve her relationship with food, change her destructive habits and negative thought patterns, and lose weight without dieting. She wants to teach you what she's learned so you can short-cut that process and be on your way to a happier, healthier life — one that’s no longer dominated by a desperation to lose weight . . . but will naturally help you lose it. In her "other" life, she is an editor for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and a proud mom of two beautiful daughters and her rescue dogs.
