Self Mastery Method
I’m Charlotte Elizabeth — a former professional dancer whose entire life was built on discipline, performance, and impossible standards. When injury forced everything to collapse, I had to rebuild not just my career… but the belief that I was worthy of success at all.
That chapter led me to develop The Self Mastery Method — a framework that transforms self-doubt into self-trust, ambition into aligned, authentic action, and adversity into fuel.
Now, I’m here to create space for vulnerability in the world of high achievers and big dreamers so that others know you can cohesively build a successful life whilst navigating internal struggles.
On this podcast, I sit down with high achievers, entrepreneurs, athletes, and creators to explore the inner work that powerhouses don’t always talk about:
vulnerability, identity, resilience, and the mindset shifts that unlock your full potential.
Each episode offers grounded tools, raw conversations, and the reminder that you are not alone in the pursuit of big dreams.

Running Through Grief: Finding Healing and Resilience in Motion with Veronica Skye Founder of Mondays Run Club
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
In this heartfelt and inspiring episode, Charlotte sits down with community builder and endurance athlete Veronica Skye, the founder of one of Vancouver’s most influential run community — Monday’s Run Club.
Together, they explore how movement can become medicine — how running, grief, and community intersect to help us rediscover strength, connection, and purpose.
From building a grassroots movement to navigating profound loss, Veronica opens up about what it means to lead with heart, to keep showing up when it hurts, and to find healing through motion.
This conversation is a reminder that self-mastery isn’t about being unbreakable — it’s about learning how to move through what breaks you with love, trust, and courage.
