Phil Toon came to his Instagram story with an explaination of his failed drug test at the 2022 Granite Games. 

I read it and had my own opinion. 

I wanted to do more. So I reached out to Dr D.

With his help we get a better understanding of what is happening with Phil Toon's failed Druge Test.
