If you have to heal from it we're going to talk about it. This podcast allows me to share and inspire others through my life experiences as well as holding space for others to share their stories about what broke them and how they healed. On this podcast I interview people about so many topics from birth, death, childhood trauma, mental health, wrongful incarceration, sex work, intergenerational trauma, domestic violence, human trafficking and so much more!I hold space here for myself and others so we can share our stories as honestly as they happened.
