Rebekah is a Health and life coach with an amazing story of health and healing of her own.
For decades she suffered with debilitating illness including over 10 autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, chronic C-Diff, chronic lyme disease,multiple mood disorders.
She was bedboud and told her life would be over by the age of 30. Unwilling to accept this diagnosis and a strong conviction in her faith Rebekah went on an all meat Carnivore diet and nourished herself back to health eating only meat and fat. She reversed most of her autoimmune and mood disorders and gained 69 pounds. She is now Rockin her best life and helping others as Health and life coach.
